Your time is a precious resource.
The best time for action is now.
How do we transform your budding business ideas into flourishing projects?
Step 1: We discuss in detail the needs and ideas of our existing or potential customers. We compile an investment profile to highlight opportunities for improving and funding priority areas within the organization’s activities.
Step 2: We research and recommend the optimal opportunities within available financing programs based on the specifics of each potential project.
Step 3: We take into account all success factors relevant to the project proposal. Based on the customer profile we proceed to compile a preliminary assessment, so that our customers are advised well ahead of time of all potential risks or assumptions made.
Step 4: We assist our clients in defining project scope. Depending on the case at hand, such consultations might evolve into a preparation of preliminary financial estimations and analyzes, market and competition research, research on intellectual property rights in various databases, etc.
Step 5: We assume full responsibility for drafting the project proposal in line with all program or funding scheme requirements. Throughout this process we collaborate closely with our clients’ teams to provide the required supporting documents and budgets, gather preliminary proposals, etc.
Step 6: Once funding has been received, we are accountable for project management and reporting until the entire amount of financing has been assimilated. Our project management offerings flexibly adapt to project needs – from the integration of Escripta experts on the project team to a contracted service.
Step 7: Once we have successfully completed the project, we get ready for the next one.
These two facts speak volumes about our work:
– The total number of projects funded under the Operational Program “Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy 2007-2013”, which we have implemented for one of our major clients, is the largest nationwide
– Two of our customers rank among the ten leading Bulgarian companies based on amount of technical innovations funding assimilated
It is our pleasure to collaborate with organizations that pursue their goals with determination. We are proud to have contributed to the successful implementation of projects that have boosted our clients’ performance and propelled them to a significant growth in revenue and to brand new markets. Having enhanced the competitive advantage of a number of our clients’ businesses, is what gives us a sense of fulfillment at the end of the day.
