Team Lead and Senior Consultant. Elena holds two master’s degrees from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia – in International Project Management and Economics of Tourism; and is in the process of obtaining her doctor’s degree in the field of Innovation Project Management at the Technical University of Sofia. Her professional background spans more than 10 years of consulting, drafting and implementing projects funded by the EU and other foreign donors. Elena has assumed managerial and coordinating functions in projects of diverse industry sectors and verticals. She is in her element when designing business strategies and marketing concepts based on solid research and financial analysis. A visionary and an aesthete, Elena approaches each project with insight and attention to detail to offer a state-of-art solution that yields results.
- Veronica Lambreva
In her capacity of Project Manager, provides the solid administrative foundation for the seamless realization of the projects of Escripta’s customers. Veronica holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, and has specialized at the Universidad de Zaragoza, Spain. Since 2009, she has been active in the conception and realization of numerous projects under the Rural Development Operational Program. As part of an enterprising and dynamic team, Veronica has amassed extensive hands-on experience in planning, organizing and coordinating project activities; preparing bids under the Public Procurement Act, drafting tender documentation, etc. Veronica draws inspiration from Eastern teachings and practices to create fresh opportunities for unfolding the business potential and enhancing the growth of the clients of Escripta.
- Veronica Shopova
Chief Programs and Projects Expert. She assumes responsibility for the administration of EU-funded projects throughout their life cycle: drafting and compiling project application, preparing and updating project dossiers, and handling subsequent reporting activities. Veronica holds a master’s degree in Regional Development, earned at the University of National and World Economy. Over the past 8 years, her extensive expertise in corporate governance has been channeled into the field of EU-funded projects, with beneficiaries in both the private and public sector. Veronica is passionate about strategic innovation and international knowledge transfer, and contributes to the projects of Escripta’s clients an added dimension and scale in line with established global best practices.
